Billy has 15 years of experience in staffing and executive recruitment, including a deep understanding of talent needs in healthcare, technology, infosec, engineering, and discreet executive search.  As the Managing Partner/Co-Founder of Aeris Anesthesia, Billy is mostly focused on our healthcare facility partnerships and growing our provider network.  

 

Outside of work, Billy loves to fly fish, play pickleball, golf, travel with his wife, and watch his daughters play volleyball and lacrosse. 

With over 25 years in the staffing industry, including a background in Engineering, Informational Technology, Accounting/Finance and Healthcare, Chris has developed a keen eye for solving complex staffing challenges.  Chris has a track record of building and leading successful teams, specifically building organizations that operate with high efficiency while treating customers and consulting with the utmost professionalism.  

 

Chris has a variety of outside interests, but most revolve around being with his family.  He is a huge fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and loves all things outdoors.
